You have the right to know what data of yours we process, and to ask us to correct or delete it. Fill in the form below and we answer within one month.

GDPR Art. 15: access your data. Art. 16: correct inaccurate data. Art. 17: erase it. Art. 18: restrict processing. Art. 20: receive your data in a portable format. Art. 21: object to processing based on legitimate interest.
You can withdraw analytics consent without this form: press “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the site. Withdrawal deletes the analytics cookies from your device immediately.
What we hold about you at all
If you wrote through the contact form, we hold your name, email address, message, the services you selected and any files you attached. We keep it no longer than 24 months.
If you only browsed, we most likely hold nothing that identifies you. Analytics is collected only with consent and without direct identifiers, and a consent record holds only a random number, a timestamp, the choice and a truncated IP address.
How we check it is you
We do not ask for an ID document. Writing from the same email address you used with us is enough, because that address is how the data is found in the first place.
If the address does not match or the request is unclear, we write back saying exactly what is missing. We never send data to an address we cannot tie to a record we hold.
Deadlines and complaints
We answer within one month of receiving the request. For a complex request we may extend by two further months and tell you within the first month. The request is free of charge.
If our answer does not satisfy you, you have the right to complain to the State Data Protection Inspectorate (vdai.lrv.lt).
